I am currently pursuing my graduate studies with an engineering (master) degree
food industry by apprenticeship in the Institut
Supérieur d’Agriculture of Lille and within the methods
and continuous improvement department of Verquin Confiseur in Tourcoing. This
training provides a general learning for engineers working in food sector. In
industry, I am in the methods and continuous improvement service, I help my supervisor
in his work.



I tenured a BTEC Higher
National Diploma in "Bio-Analysis and Controls" with
apprenticeship obtained in the laboratory quality control analysis of the sugar
factory and distillery of TEREOS in Lillers.
I studied in my BTEC with apprenticeship the "science technology of bio-industry".
This discipline concerns the different segments of the food industry.



My experience of apprenticeship allowed me to discover the business and
industrial environments, the vision and the tools of continuous improvement,
the QHSE area while obtaining knowledge and expertise both theoretical and
practical. This current experience confirmed my choice to continue my graduate
studies in the food sector with the apprenticeship.

I have a four years business experience in the food sector. During my
apprenticeship, I participated in projects in all the services of my company:
production, packaging, continuous improvement, quality, safety, ergonomics, new
works, business…


I need to
complete my education with a two-month internship in another country to
discover another culture, a different professional world and any different
aspects.



Currently, I am looking for a two month internship position in a food company as
engineering (master degree) assistant.
